What the hell to I have to do to lose a pound?
O.k. I have just about had it. I mean it. I have logged over 50 miles in the past two and a half weeks. Walking in this horrible heat. I have reduced my already healthy diet into almost nothing. It has been over a month. I haven't lost a single pound. What in the hell?
I know I am doing everything right, but my body isn't responding. In the past 2 years I have almost lost 100 pounds. Now I started to notice myself feeling a little bloated so I kicked it into high gear. I have gained almost 15 pounds back. I don't want them. Michael says I look the same, but I don't feel the same. I need it off for myself. I know sometimes it takes a while for your body to catch up to your activities, but give me a fucking break. I don't believe in any of the fad diets. I think you can only lose weight by good eating habits and exercise. I have a bad back so I can't jog. If anyone has any suggestions let me know because I'm about ready to go fucking insane.
My day right now consists of that scary powerwalking for 3.27 miles, some ab work every other day, some balance ball work, occasionally pilates, and sex.
I have a food and exercise journals. The journals are a good tool, but I have always eaten pretty healthy. I'm going overboard I can feel it. I started dreaming about cheddar chex mix. I need to lose a pound to start. Help, before I start dreaming about brownies.
