Should I, or shouldn't I?

My mom invited me to go to Laughlin. Laughlin is an older type Vegas atmosphere, from what I hear. I have never been before. I don't really have the money, but in light of recent discoveries...I could definitely get my drink on. I'm afraid to travel with her. The last time I did I ended up in the hospital with panic attacks. I know she really wants to spend some time with me though. So should I, or shouldn't I?
