Please excuse my lack o' blogging yesterday...my hand is the size of a grapefruit.

Hello my blogger buddies! Oh how I've missed you. I am taking a pause between lunch and yard work to update you on the Nina happenings (because I know you just can't go on without knowing my fucking life story).

Yesterday I went for an injection into my spine. It isn't going to work. I know this, but the doctor insists I try it again. So I did. The last time he gave me bilateral facet injections he stabbed the shit out of me. The needle appears to be the size of a yardstick. Once they get it in there they navigate (that's code for wiggle the needle around all the while bumping my nerves) around trying to find the exact location. The doctor that does this torture to me is actually a very good, well-mannered, soft spoken, and gentle doctor. He was concern about last time so he ordered an I.V.

My hand is the size of a grapefruit. The nurse couldn't find a vein so she stabbed it into my knuckle on my writing/typing hand. There is a pretty blue raspberry discoloration around my pointer finger area. Needless to say, I wasn't blogging much anyway yesterday.

What the hell is up with blogger? I actually had a little free time this morning to read everyone's blogs and I couldn't comment. Shit, I couldn't even start a new post. What the hell are they doing?

I am on to a little pruning here. I have been covering my plants every night and suddenly realized I have used all my blankets. I thought if I trim the plants down they wouldn't need so many coverings. Anyway, I am hoping to have a very blog indulgent day tomorrow. So I am reading everyone's, just unable to speak my mind.*

Is it asking too much to have a normal fucking day? Sheesh, I'm gonna lose it here.
