Which blogger am I?

Last week I was working with the owner of F&S Foods, Frank. We were working on Arancini Di Riso, which is basically filled rice balls that are deep fried. The conversation went something like this:

Me: Is my ball big enough?

Frank: Yeah, your ball is the perfect size. Make sure you thin the walls of your ball out.

Me: Thin walls make good balls?

Frank: Well, not too thin...we want it to be able to hold the meat.

Me: Do you have enough balls?

Frank: I can always use more.

Me: The more balls the better! Hey, your balls are stickier than mine. Mine are a little dry.
