The truffle journey has come to an end....

Well I thought you would all like to know I just finished my last two batches of truffles. Yay!!! Now I can go back to my regular blogging schedule....

Who knows how many truffles I made in total, not me. I do know that this year I added two more truffles to the regular list. I was pleasantly surprised with the results.

Here's my list:

Meyer's Rum Truffles (powered sugar coating)
Bailey's Truffles (a special hot cocoa coating)
Creme de Menthe (a super-fine ground walnut coating)
Creme de Cacao (a very expensive, velvety fine cocoa powder)
Buttershots (a hot cocoa/cocoa powder blend)
Amaretto (finely crushed almond biscotti coating)


I'm queen of the world! Yay, I'm so glad I'm done. Now I am free to go back to abusing people. Damn that gift giving and making really cramped my style. From now on it's all bitch all the time.
