Today is November 2nd...Eday.

I am going to go vote today even though I think it is pretty much futile. I am hoping that you will do the same. Why? I don't know. I havn't attempted any political posts for a couple of reasons. I think it's pointless and I am sick to death of hearing about it. Am I politically educated? I would like to think so. Michael and I talk politics, but I sooner talk baseball. At least there are rules that are followed in that game.

I don't understand people who have strict party affiliations. I mean if you are a republican and you don't like the republican candidate whose to say you can't vote for the candidate of your choice? That really bothers me. The idea of parties are good, but let it go all ready. I am a conservative liberal. That means jack shit. It gives you an idea, a guideline perhaps, but nothing more. So what the hell use is it?

I vote for who will best represent us, address our concerns, and lead us. Truth be told, that would be my ideal. I actually vote for the person who will fuck us over the least.
